yesterday, i told selene the main reason why i don't want to serve. then she said, 'after hearing grace and all the powerful revelations, you think it will happen again?' and what she said really made me think twice. she opened my eyes to see what is so different from the other time.
and so happen today i flipped through this booklet by rev kong. and the part that struck me was,
once we are saved, what is the purpose of living?
1) WORSHIP- to know God and to love Him
2) DISCIPLESHIP- to have your character changed to be more like Jesus
3) FELLOWSHIP- to build meaningful relationships with other Christians
4) MINISTRY- to use your talents to serve others
5) EVANGELISM- to share this good news with others who have yet to know Christ
i guess after reading this, it further confirms what God wants to tell me. today, God told me,' do you believe because of what happened last time, i can raise you up to be even greater this time round?' sometimes, everything that God wants me to do is quite plainly clear, but it all depends on whether i want to rise up to the challenge to run radically the things that are of God to bring me up to the next level.
